Medical ethics has been followed in most nations for decades. But during COVID 19 pandemic situation, again every nation to deal with the related categorizing patients and health care distribution while maintaining community health. To solve dilemma of consequentialist non-consequentialist theories, major focus was driven on looking at rate infected, cured, death, it’s an alarming sign India strengthen medical resources follow common good approach. Every Indian citizen right get proper treatment funerals after death. Considering problem associated spreading virus through dead bodies, cremation done by staff. Due limited availability staff lack electric furnace, many bodies were cremated a long time. inadequate professionals technical constraints, infectivity is increasing which affecting economy, mental strength, social values. Hence, now we have start thinking working strengthening hospitals, diagnostic labs, sophisticated centers avoid negligence ethics.
